Hello!

We are over the moon to introduce you to the new online home of & Chai. After our overwhelming launch on Etsy (we sold out in less than 24 hours!!), we knew that we’d eventually want our own space too. We’re thrilled to finally have somewhere for our products to live and to grow.

Our Scented Candles and Soy Melts are our pride and joy, and we’re excited to share that new fragrances are landing soon. One of the biggest learning curves we’ve been on since launching is how to keep our small-batch products in stock when the demand is much bigger than we expected, and we’re hoping that this new online home will help us do just that.

A Bit About Us

& Chai was founded in spring 2020 by us two sisters, with a simple mission to share our creations with you and bring a touch of joy and magic to the everyday. Launching with our beloved hand-poured vegan candles, we’re devoted to cultivating a cosy Aladdin’s Cave of treasures to share with the world.

What’s New

As we now have a shiny website of our own, our customers now have accounts. This means we can reward you when you return, and share exclusive offers with you all.

You’ll still be able to shop our Scented Candles and Soy Melts here. And we’ll be adding even more options soon, including new sizes and gift wrap.

We’ve also shared more about our sustainability values. Being kind to the planet was at the forefront when we planned our products and the brand, and it always will. In case you didn’t know, our Scented Candles are designed to be low waste. The amber jars are recyclable, although we personally like to use them for storing cotton rounds, pens, and other trinkets. All of our packaging is either recyclable (boxes and tape – just remove the shipping label; peanuts – these dissolve in water), recycled (bubble wrap, packing paper, etc. is saved from our own incoming parcels), or biodegradable (the glassine bags that our Soy Melts and samples arrive in can be popped in your compost).
