Yum cha, also known as the meal where we drink tea and eat dim sum, was a huge part of our childhood. We’d go every Sunday afternoon after Chinese school and eat our way through stacks of bamboo steamed filled with food. This fragrance expresses itself through honeyed cocoa, black tea, leather and light musk with a slight woody undertone.
